- Rating 1.0The masseuse was not well trained or knowledgeable about anatomy. She pressed hard on my actual spine rather than the erector spinae muscles and rhomboids. It was the worst massage I’ve ever had
- Rating 1.0Everything except reception. I scheduled a 5pm massage and When I arrived, I was told it was 5:30. I had a very tight schedule so I know what it was supposed to be. I also requested deep tissue. The employee said she only light to medium. She applied some pressure but it was not even all around and felt like she was more rubbing lotion in. I could have given myself that massage. The price was insane. 155 for an hour. I could have someone cone to my home for that.
- Rating 1.0The owner seems to be giving a cheap experience to save money. My experience has drastically declined over these past few months, with quality products no longer offered. This service is no longer worth it for what feels like drugstore facial products. Please bring back the quality facial products
