I would highly recommend this location and Janet to anyone. The studio is always clean, and all the staff are friendly and competent. Very Happy with NH!
- Rating 1.5I resched a planned massage due to the massage therapist having an emergency so I ask there was anyone equivalent avail and I was given a name so I booked it. After 15 min of noticing the massage was not the deep tissue that I’m accustomed to, I patiently waited to see if masseuse would improve but unfortunately she did not. I expressed to the front desk about it and was then informed that the masseuse was NOT a deep tissue person. And on top of that, the date I originally scheduled which was a day apart was not within the period that I would have received the discounted membership rate as I was guided and told it was when I first signed up and began to make my appt. I’m very disappointed and frustrated. This was a mistake to join and apparently I’m stuck for a year.

- Rating 1.0I was 5-6 min. late which was completely my fault. The receptionist was waiting with paperwork and moved me through quickly, which was great. I didn’t have an expectation the therapist would make up my time but I was still a little hopeful. I usually go to another massage spot that is overly accommodating, so that’s what I’m used to. I quickly undressed and got under the cover and it felt like my therapist took forever to come back. I realized she must be ok to make up all the time if she’s going to take away additional minutes. BUT NO! She ended FIVE MINUTES EARLY FROM MY APPOINTMENT TIME. When I got to the front, the girl asked how it was and I said it was fine but I was frustrated because my appt was at 11:45 and it’s just now 12:41. Why would she end 5-6 minutes from my appt time? I dont understand. She seemed uncomfortable and said she probably ended 5 minutes early for me to get dressed. I have never heard of this! And I think there’s no way your therapists are coming in late to appt’s AND ending them 5-6 early to shorten massages my 5-8 minutes consistently.
