- Rating 4.5We are long-time members. Have seen some therapists we love leave and sometimes difficult to get appointments with people we like as they are very popular.

- Rating 1.0When I made my appointment I was told I had 13 hours accrued on the books and when I was ready to leave the girl at the front desk said I was all set so I gave her money for gratuity. I checked my Discover card account and see I was charged $85.00 when told I had hours on the books. That was very underhanded. I will not be coming back to Massage Envy and should report you to the Better Business Bureau.
