- Rating 2.0I enjoy massage envy, but this was my first time at the LB towne center. The space and process was not smooth or relaxing. We started 5 minutes late, the walls are thin, as the room next store was opening and closing the cabinets you could hear it in our room. Room did not have the tranquil music, half way through it came on and was too loud. the massage therapist adjusted it. The tables were not warm upon arriving to the room. The waiting room, was just a dimly lit room with chairs. yes, water was offered when we walked in, but nothing in the waiting room. you could hear everything at the front desk (customers coming in and out). we had someone from the front desk or another massage therapist knock on the door before our 50 min hands on was up, due to them needing the room.
