- Rating 1.0The receptionist called me 3 hours before my appointment to tell me that there was a “glitch” in the system and that they could only do a 60 minute session because my therapist was leaving right at 2:45 PM. I find that highly unprofessional. I booked the appointment over a week in advance. They should have honored my 90 minute session that I booked. I was REALLY looking forward to a long massage because I’m 37 weeks pregnant and my body is really hurting right now.
