  Jerry my normal massage therapist was unavailable for my June 19th massage. Instead I had Gabriel who usually only does my 30 minute stretch sessions did both my massage and stretch sessions. Gabriel will be moving to begin working at at the ME clinic in Stockton. I will have a new stretch therapist Angel starting with my 7/17 visit to the Livermore clinic. I look forward to having Jerry back as I prefer a deep tissue massage.

  Wendy is a fabulous massage therapist. She uses a range of pressures as well as therapeutic and relaxation techniques.

  My massage therapist (Nicole) is the reason I have been coming to ME for years! She is absolutely fantastic. Not only is she very skilled and experienced, she is also an incredible person. She genuinely cares about the services she provides. The staff at the Livermore location is exceptional. Very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Massage Envy in Livermore.

  I've been visiting Massage Envy for a few years now and have never once been disappointed. The therapists have always provided the best experience, specially my current therapist Alex (Arkady) who understands my massage and muscle repair needs really well. He's always giving me tips to best manage my health and posture and is an expert with the RTR therapy that really helps in relieving muscle tension. I'd highly recommend his services and the overall Massage Envy experience.

  Please clean your bathrooms. They are stain in toilet bowels, tissues and water spillage on floors. Every time I visited, the bathroom ALWAYS DIRTY never clean. Is gross and unpleasant to use. Makes me view Massage envy unhygienic facilities. I have visited varies Massage envy locations in different states. This site is worst & unclean in all locations.

  I had scheduled special hydrating 60 minute facial weeks in advance. I arrived checked in went to rm and told by esthetician no products to do that facial. Asked if I was told at check in or called the day before? No! I replied. I was given another option but not able to choose what I wanted or do any add ins I was already in room and felt it was a waste of my use of appointment. I was told it’s been so popular which didn’t really make me feel good that everyone else got to do it and that’s why there’s no more product. Unprofessional to not have products available for appointments. I love the esthetician but I usually prefer 90 min facial. I would have cancelled appointment and rescheduled. I usually come with my husband who does 90 min massage so I had to wait around for him which was so unnecessary. He already called and complained for me . I was too mad to talk to anyone.
