  I’ve been trying several times to find a consistent therapist at your location. When I do find one, they don’t stay long or because they are really good - they leave. The therapist I was recommended to in lieu clearly doesn’t listen to what I asked for - I’ve tried her twice. My neck and shoulder got maybe 3-5 minutes, I asked for my feet to be massaged and got hot towels rubbed on them instead. If this therapist doesn’t want to massage feet (trust me I wash my body before I come), then she should say so and I wouldn’t go to her. When I ask for medium pressure and end up squirming from discomfort, and nowhere was I asked “how is the pressure” - that’s a problem. The cherry on top - she was late bringing me in, still ended at the time as if I had been brought to the room on time - I was shorted 15 minutes of my 90 minutes. I do understand that they are allowed time for the client to undress/dress, but this was not just that. Frustrating.

  12/27/24 was my first time inside Massage Envy. The receptionist, Yvonne, was extremely welcoming and explained the ME process well. Nancy my masseuse was also very welcoming and asked the right questions. The actual massage was fantastic. I felt my skin tingling. Before I left I scheduled monthly appointments for 2025 - making me excited for the new year.

  I had one massage, and I found it to be of poor quality. My therapist rushed through many of the movements and seemed unorganized. One side of my body received a noticeably different massage than the other. Overall, it wasn’t a great experience. Since it was my first session, I plan to schedule with someone else. Additionally, the policy states up to 10 minutes of non-hands-on time, but mine was closer to 14 minutes. This made me feel that the therapist was being lazy.

  I’ve been a customer for approximately 10 years and have had a number of different massage therapist. All have been unique in the techniques and all were pretty good. The rooms are clean and the atmosphere and staff is very pleasant.

  My daughter, son in law, and their 2 children all go to Nancy for massages. So does my brother in law and his wife. Nancy is wonderful
