- Rating 5.0Every time I go into massage envy I always have a great experience. The staff is always friendly and the service is always great and it seems like they value my input. I suggest this place to everyone, whoever ever asks me about it. Although I have to say that I have a great experience with all the massage therapist there Cristol has been an amazing massage. Therapist, she is very knowledgeable, always helps me exactly how I need her to, very friendly and you can tell that she really cares about her trade.

- Rating 3.5I have been a client of ME on and off for over a decade in Campbell, CA, Poway, CA, Austin, Texas, Round Rock, Texas and now Lemon Grove, CA. I love the convenience of having my two favorite things in one place (facials and massages) and I love that there are multiple locations so wherever I travel, pretty much, I can find respite. However, the quality of the services varies widely both within a given location and across the company. I wish the standard for customer service and the quality of service were more predictable. It sometimes feels like a can of worms.

- Rating 3.5My massage appointment started late due to new forms need3d to be completed. I arrived on time and didn't know forms were going to be completed before. I feel I didn't get my full massage time allotment l.
- Rating 2.0My appointment was at 10:30 a.m. My masseuse walked in the door at 10:31 a.m. I booked a 60 minute massage and she started 15 minutes late in preparation of set up. My services was only for 43 minutes. I was so disappointed. Although I was upset I left a 20% tip but that was only because I believe in paying for treatments,
