- Rating 1.0Ever since "corporate" bought out my location, I have had issues scheduling massages. It takes three weeks before I can get in and my last appointment was rescheduled three times. There are not enough providers at my location working while I'm available and I can no longer transfer multiple sessions to family members. I have canceled my membership.

- Rating 5.0the therapist was very nice she did fairly decent massage I rated it at five. several times during the massage she had a really bad cough and that's fine because of allergies but she never said excuse me or anything. and there were several things that I did not feel that I got the jazz massage on the hand or feet or your face. I've been with massage envy for well over 10 years and next visit I'm getting someone else and I think from what I was told about this lady it will be very very good.

- Rating 1.0I recently went in for a Microderm Infusion Session. I felt as though the basics of a service were not met. I was told I can leave my hooded sweater on even though I added the Neck & Décolleté Treatment. I decided to take my sweater off so that she could have access to my neck. I was not offered a blanket and instead used my sweater to cover my stomach area. The pillow under my legs was not adjusted or not offered to be adjusted so it remained under my calves. With the Microdern Infusion, Neck Treatment AND Anti-Age Eye treatment, I was done in 40 minutes. After the service, I wasn't given any tips on what to do/expect post-treatment. It may seem picky, but I guess I just expected more from such a well know establishment. I did walk away feeling disappointed and money wasted.

- Rating 1.5Again, as I have expressed before the consistent problems with the business are on going. When one is addressed another seems to pop up. The huge 25% increase of membership is atrocious. Yes, it is probably under the guise of inflation, Covid-19 losses, staff costs, etc. As excuses. It also comes on the heals of a huge lawsuit settlement. The last time I made comments I felt the manager wanted to hear from me. Why didn't the Manager contact me directly? Last I checked I am the client.
