The whole experience was ruined with the front desk associate who was so insanely pushy to shove membership down my throat, and after I politely said "No thank you" she was even ruder. I wanted to tip the massage therapist more than what was on my gift card but the front desk associate closed the transaction and basically threw me out because I said no to membership. I left feeling tense and uneasy and will never return to a Massage Envy.
