But all in all I went in because of some lower back pain which I made very clear to the front desk staff as well as the service provider. But she spent a very small amount of the time on my lower back which was the entire reason I went. Otherwise it was a decent massage. However for a 1 hr massage she did not come get me until 5:03 and did not start until 5:13 and then finished at 5:55 which made it closer to a 40 minute massage which may be normal practice there but in addition to the not hitting the requested area it left a bad impression
