- Rating 5.0My massage therapist, Llorena, was excellent. I will always book my appointment with her. She asked me several times if the pressure was okay. Also, the customer service at the front desk is very helpful and friendly.
- Rating 5.0Massage was great, really loosened my neck it was so tight and I have lost my natural curve in my neck so that causes extra pain and discomfort. I feel amazing!

- Rating 5.0I really enjoyed being greeted by the beautiful girl at the front desk, Yesenia. I had a wonderful massage. My masseuse was very knowledgeable & gave me a wonderful massage. My mom also had an amazing facial. It was an awesome experience!
- Rating 3.5Every Massage Envy location I've visited has more of a "doctor's office" visit ambiance. I prefer locations that smell like lavender and eucalyptus, where the ambiance including the smell of the location screams "relax and enjoy". Whenever I visit ME, I feel like I'm waiting to be seen by my doctor in the waiting room regardless of the dim lighting and fancy chandelier feels like a regular waiting room. I also prefer oils for massages over lotion. The gliding of the massage is SO much better and you walk away with moisturized skin over the unscented regular lotion used by ME.
