I have not been notified in writing of change of ownership or the change in membership policies. After the massage, the front desk staff was more interested in trying to sell my husband an 'add-on' membership by quoting him pricing that was $20 higher than it should have been. She did not check my account at all for our service on 2/17, as she charged my credit card $95 instead of $30 just for the 2 tips. I used one of my massage credits for my husband. She was aware of this, yet processed the incorrect amount. She sent the receipt via email and when I got home, I saw the error. I called ME immediately and they could not help me; manager was gone on 2/17. I asked for a call back and was told that when their manager 'got around to it'. I called on 2/18 at 1pm, and was told that my name was on the list to call back when the manager 'got around to it'. This is terrible customer service.
