  I had a facial by Rebecca, and I will always come back to her. She took the time to really look at my skin and rosacea and see what was happening and how she could fix it. She was very detailed and knowledgeable. She is amazing and I can’t say good enough tho he about her.

  I would not recommend this location, as I had a very bad experience with the front desk and the masseuse. First, I wasn't greeted when I walked in the door by the front desk. All the gal said was, "checking in?" No "hello, how are you" or some pleasantries. She was a bit curt and not friendly at all. Secondly the masseuse was terrible! She would not listen to my requests, even after I told her three times that I really needed her to work on certain spots and "push" a little harder. Instead of getting relaxed, I was feeling more tense as the massage session went on. If I wasn't half-naked, I would have gotten up the table and walked out!!! So annoying, as I really needed a massage that day!

  My therapist move, and I was worry that I wasn’t going to find a new therapist that I would like but, I did, and she is amazing, Ashley did a great job and knows what she’s doing, I am very pleased with her ability to do her job.

  I enjoy my membership, but some therapist are not great. I had a facial with Maribel at the Cordelia location on 10/1, 4:15 pm. I had a facial with her 5 months ago and it was a bad experience. This time was no different. She does a double cleanse, then looks at your skin. She doesn’t talk through what she thinks or my concerns. She asks if I had Botox or laser hair removal. But then proceeds with a treatment without explaining what products she is using or why. She then applies two masks. While the masks are on, she just sits there. There is no neck/face massage. I sit in silence for the 10 minutes for each mask. She is not doing anything in the mean time. I don’t know if she is on her phone as she covers your eyes but you just lay there with the spot light on your face until 10 Minutes pass then she wipes the masks off, and put another one on and the cycle repeats. She then puts the lotions on there is a lot of time between applications that you are just laying there. I’m guessing for the lotions / serums to absorb. But other therapist I have had usually would massage your face while this is absorbing. It was not a relaxing experience and I will not be booking with her ever again.

  The esthetician that did my facial was not friendly but not unkind. Just neutral which I was fine with at first because I wasn’t interested in chatting anyway. However, during the eye treatment, some of the liquid got into my eyelid and stung for several hours after the visit. There was no acknowledgment that she might have done that and we just ended it with her recommendation and that was it. I should have mentioned it afterward but it was my first facial there and didn’t think it would last so long.
