- Rating 1.0Checking out they didn’t use all of my credits. I wanted to zero out my balance and they left a half of Credit.
- Rating 5.0Great clean facility . Staff are well trained friendly and helpful. Massage and Facial options are excellent. Well priced for those that want access to great service and positive relaxing atmosphere
- Rating 1.0Front desk worker was extremely pushy when asking for a tip. When asked to charge 15% as the tip, she told me that would be $45 when it should’ve been 22.50. When I was uncomfortable with this, she asked me to give her a number. I told her 15, which is over 15% of my $90 total. She said that isn’t enough and it needs to be off of the $150 total, not my discounted total and again stated that $45 is 15%. I was extremely confused by this and was emailed a receipt and never asked to sign an itemized list, so I didn’t see the total break down until I got home. After many phone calls to the store, she told me she would try to remedy the situation with her manager and never did.
