- Rating 1.0Every single time I try and make an appointment the website ***** me over. I will never return to massage envy and am more likely to suggest getting hit over with a brick. The website assigned me the time of a 3:30 appointment (selected). and it Apparently changed this time to 2:45, I would not have been available for this time as I had just gotten back to my house from a previously scheduled appointment. I was then charged 65$ (50% of the scheduled appointment) for being a no-show. I only found out my appointment was at 2:45 at 3:00. I live 30 minutes from the place. I offered to reschedule which was declined the day that I tried. I complained heavily and was reached out to by the manager and offered to reschedule. Of course I said no, that is absolutely rediculous. I was then charged 65$ for my appointment (theoretically) still waiting on that email. I will never ever EVER be coming back to Massage envy for as long as I live unless I'm heavily compensated for such a ***** waste of my time.
