- Rating 5.0Khang is very knowledgeable about cupping and is constantly checking in to make sure the pressure is okay or if you need more. I really like Khang's approach.

I just don’t like the massage Envy membership in that it is difficult to gift my hours as gifts to friends. I have so many accumulated hours and feel like canceling my membership because I can’t work my hours down
- Rating 1.0I was lied to in order to make a sale. I specifically asked the person I bought the membership from if it was ONLY 3 months she said yes. I only agreed because with my schedule this is not something easy for me to get to leave & do. I only came in for ONE. I agreed to 3. I had explained I didn’t know when I’d be able to come back and wanted to make sure none expired- she assured me they’d roll over. So why I was charged two extra times when I just now used a second massage! That’s only two times since I purchased in November. I had no plans of coming back to even use the 3rd and now you’ve charged me two additional times for massages I don’t want. When I call and expect this to be addressed I was told I had to wait for a call for whenever the manager comes in because there is a big list of people to call. So I have no answer to this problem. That’s bad communication and bad business. I expect the additional charges to be refunded. I signed up for 3 months. Not 5. I would never agree to that with my schedule & routine. Please handle this immediately.
