  Great new aesthetician Deborah! Learned a lot about keeping my skin healthy. She’s my age so she knows what works. Had a great facial and I’ll definitely be coming back to see her on a regular basis.

  I’ve been a member for years and the first time I use my credit for my parents to experience your services they were rejected. I have so many credits accumulated and was disappointed in this.

  Very pleasant, great massage. John listened to my concerns and tailored my massage to address them. I was visiting from another state and was able to use my ME massages at this site.

  You close down your Chico branch, so it’s very inconvenient for me to have to drive to Roseville or this time El Dorado Hills to get a massage. I loved the one in Chico and I would give you a 10 to recommend it to people I live by.

  Massage for the price paid is mediocre. It’s not worth and I am hoping facial experience will be better.

  Both appointments started late but ended on time or earlywhich was unfortunate. The client in the room next door was also very loud regardless of my therapist turning the music up in my room. She eventually had to have the manager address it but that was half way through my massage already. The quality of the massage and facial were very good though so this was a salon issue.

  He went way too hard; I was so dizzy I threw up as very ill and ended up in the hospital with a ruptured vessel in my neck that goes between my heart and brain. I will be filing a formal complaint. All of the staff ran and hid while I was helpless, except the front desk, who offered water. This company should not be in business; could kill someone,

  This is to recognize Mike Hamilton who has been my therapist for the last few years. He recently helped me through a possible life altering event. During my August 1.5 hr session, Mike noticed something unusual with my lower spine. Yes, I'd had pain, but didn't think much of it. He said "I'm not a doctor, but you should see a doctor." My GP with UCD, scheduled an X-ray in two days. They found an L5 Compression Fracture and recommended an MRI. That revealed even more concerns. I am so very grateful that Mike saw something, realized the importance, and encouraged me to contact my doctor. His knowledge and kindness are deeply appreciated.
