- Rating 4.0I've always loved the consistent experience at each visit: quick and friendly check in, timely and effective service, and quick and friendly check out. Lately, though, I've heard from one employee that it's a toxic environment at that location. I will not mention names, but feel that needs to be addressed.

- Rating 1.0My last appointment on December 12th was not great. The technician that I received was supposed to be able to do firm. It was barely a rub. I asked for the biofreeze muscle enhancement, she asked me if she could wear gloves, I said that it was okay. I was though unaware that the gloves were going to be too big for her. So during my massage The gloves constantly folded onto each other so that's what I can feel on my skin. Because they were too big for her she couldn't really doing massage it was more of just a light rub to make sure I assume that the gloves don't fall off. I asked for the top half of my body above the waist and all she did was my back she never touched my arms and my hands which really needed it. It was not a great experience at all. As soon as she began she had already set in the chair that she had in there. I've had many technician sit and not have been a problem but there was no pressure whatsoever for this one

- Rating 5.0From the time I enter the building till the time I leave i know i'am about to enter a relaxing sanctuary. Staff is welcoming, I begin to unwind in the waiting room ( which for me is seem relaxing), and knowing I will be getting a great massage tops it off.
