- Rating 5.0Each massage I’ve had relieves all of the tension that builds up. Every massage therapist that I’ve had has been so kind, friendly, and professional. I always walk in feeling super stiff and tight, but leave feeling extremely loose and relaxed. I will be going to massage envy for as long as possible because they always provide the best service no matter which massage therapist I have.
- Rating 1.5My last masseuse was HORRIBLE . Its was a glorified or something like that vigorous oil application. He was a nice guy but in terms of anatomy and knowing how to get knots and massage , absolutely not.
- Rating 3.5The new girl who works there is not professional and does not listen. She did the same thing to myself and my daughter when we made our appointments. My daughter actually had to call back because she booked her for a massage instead of a facial. She did the same to me even though I told her 3 times I wanted a facial. Then she checked me in and was very short and dismissive. The other front associate had to come and finish the process while I was in the waiting room.

- Rating 1.0I paid for a 90 min massage and maybe got 65 minutes. Took me in a few min after my apt, gave me like 10 to undress and finished at 11:16 - the room was a little cold as well as the lotion and her hands. The heated bed helped a little but was not comfortable
- Rating 2.5Messages are inconsistent among providers. Kim is my absolute favorite and I have never had a bad experience with her. I have a few therapist I really like but they are frequently booked. I had one really really bad experience and because of it I cannot recommend people for fear of them also having a bad experiences
- Rating 1.0The whole day was a HUGE disappointment. My daughter and I were celebrating our birthdays. The aesthetician called out sick so we were only able to get one service each that day. Ruined our ENTIRE DAY AND PLANS. Also, services were shortened because check in took to long and then we had to change. Every where else I have been your 60 minute service begins once SERVICE STARTS. Not after you have changed and been brought back. So disappointed. Now I know why I cancelled the last time.
