- Rating 4.5My therapist TIM is AMAZING. He's my favorite and I've been going to him for about 10 years. However, last night the receptionist was rude after my friend and I came out of our massages. I had confirmed via text that I was giving one of my massage credits to my friend Jenn. The receptionist said she owed $90. I showed her the text message from Massage Envy confirming that I was giving Jenn one of my credits. The girl got sassy and said the computer shows she owes $90. I said well transfer one of my credits. She said she couldn't do that and gave me a snotty look. I asked her to get someone who could. She said there's no one else. I told her she needed to figure it out because I had confirmation via text of the transaction. She finally called someone who told her to make a note and they'd figure it out in the morning. In my 10 years plus going to ME, I've never had someone be rude to me like this young lady was.

- Rating 5.0Sabrina was my massage therapist and she was great! I am awaiting surgery on my Achilles tendon on my right foot and she was very gentle during the session! She kept checking to see if the pressure was comfortable and was very accommodating with my request for a fan and a pillow for my head. She was very professional and super sweet!
- Rating 3.5I feel the tipping tool was disappointing. We pay a fee to use the tool?? And what was the 20% based on?? definitely was more than the massage cost so I felt ripped off.
