- Rating 4.0Prices are high. It’s hard to get appointments for my specific filtered requirements. Usually too booked out, meaning I have to wait a long time unless I want to be seen by some dude who only does like super firm pressure.. or similar whatever. A member of stuff was throwing up in the bathroom right next to my treatment room for the whole session.

- Rating 3.5Facility can use some updates. I’m usually on the first floor and staff often hold conversations that are easily heard from the treatment rooms. Also, as I’ve mentioned before, lotion is always cold and kills the enjoyment of the massage. Would be nice if you kept them in some kind of warmer like the nail salon does worn towels and put a cookie on the bottle to keep warm while the therapist is using it.

- Rating 1.0I did not even get my treatment I had mixed up with dates and thought it was for today, not yesterday. I didn’t get my usual curtesy call so i disregard appointment. When I spoke to location and explained this they did not seem to even a one time forgive me for missing the appointment I been a member since 2017. I was really hurt and upset with decision. I called corporate and no answer.
