- Rating 3.5The massage bed was not warm enough. Didn’t enjoy that.

- Rating 4.0Why is there no seating in your waiting room, when I checked in all the associate said is I'm checked in........ no comment like 'please wait someone will be right with you'...... I waited 8 min and sat on the floor.
- Rating 3.5I have just been twice, the experience is ok but to me and having quite enough experience with facials, seems to me they are to basic. I notice your products are good but what they are, just facial massage. All your personal very nice and I suppose the membership is just the way to get the customer to spend more money, upgrading the experience
- Rating 1.0The fact that I got charged for half my appointment even though I could make half my appointment and was told it’s too late. That’s a terrible policy especially when they attempt to charge me for the full appointment
