  Appointment was at 12:00. Did not get taken back until approximately 12:15 and after talking and getting undressed it was even later to get started. Then I was done at 1:00. To me that was a 30 minute massage at the most. Did not even massage my feet. I was disappointed to say the least

  I have always had good service and enjoyed those services at Massage Envy. The only thing I am concerned about is that I need to have fragrance free products used when I have a facial or massage. The person that does my facials is still able to use fragrance free products but I understand that Massage Envy is moving on to other products that are NOT fragrance free. What will I do when my service providers for my facials & massages can no longer use the fragrance free products? I have allergies to frangrances.

  you’re wasting 10 to 15 mins for changing clothes and everything ang paying too much for expected 1 hr of massage w/c only gives you 45 mins or less of massage

  I love Massage Envy and have been a client for more than a dozen years. What is difficult is the high staff turnover. Once I "break-in" a therapist I really like, before you know it, they are off to another job. It takes awhile to find another therapist that fits your needs.

  The three stars are solely for the aesthetician Gloria, she was great. She was knowledgeable and attentive. However, the company ‘Massage Eny’ itself is more of a quick-stop franchise. Basic facial treatments are overpriced. If you are accustomed to more extensive facial treatments, this is not the place to spend your money. They are more of a massage shop and should probably stick to that and not offer skin treatments beyond the basics-and they should lower the price. Management has a high turnover rate. When I signed up for the membership two years ago, I was offered a free treatment which I never received. When I asked the new manager about it, she said there is nothing she could do. It was clear she views her role as just a job, nothing more. Buyer beware!
