  I had a 60 min massage at the Camarillo location with April on 8/23/24. She was rude with no customer service skills. Miid session when I had to rolled over to supine position. Apparently my body was not centered in bed. She kept saying that I had to turn towards her so I turned my body to the right side to face at her but she raise her voice in a very rude and demanding and unprofessional tone that I had to stop completely to “listen to my body and mind” which I simply needed to know that I was not centered in bed. I been a member for more than 5yrs and I have never experience this unprofessional treatment from a therapist. I obviously did not enjoyed my session because I felt disrespected. In addition throughout the session she was chewing gum in a very unpleasant manner. This was my first time meeting April but I would never recommend or select April as my therapist.

  I usually love my massages from massage envy, but this last visit left me more in pain than I started with. I have used this therapist for and always had a good experience. He pulled my head to relieve pain in my neck but something must have tweaked. It hurt immediately. I thought it would get better overtime but instead it got worse. I had to see my chiropractor for $150 in order to start the healing process. He said that I have a strained neck muscle due to the massage.

  Andy is my massage therapist for whole body wellness. He is very effective at giving me an "attitude adjustment" with his massage skills. I have chronic pain and he addresses it. He also knows I do not excercise so each time I come in he makes sure to let me know that walking would be good for me. I think the Camarillo and Thousand Oaks staff are amazingly caring and considerate. Dulce is the best manager too. Thank you for providing me with the best care team!

  I SCHEDULED A FACIAL WITH MICRO THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FOR 60 MINS. ACCORDING TO YOUR ADD, TREATMENT WAS FOR ABOUT 30-35 MINS. ONLY. MICRODERMABRASION MACHINE WAS BROKEN AND LEAKING FLUID AND I GOT IT ALL OVER MY FACE AND NECK AND THE PERSON THAT WAS DOING THE TREATMENT WAS NOT ATTENTIVE TO CLEAN UP, UNTIL I ASKED.

  I am writing to provide feedback on my recent visit to your establishment and to request a refund for the session I received on [date of visit]. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the expectations I had based on the reputation of your services. During my massage, the therapist appeared disengaged and unprofessional. She yawned multiple times throughout the session, which disrupted the relaxing atmosphere I was seeking. Additionally, I had specifically requested a foot massage during the intake, but this was not provided. Furthermore, the therapist's long nails were uncomfortable and unpleasant, as I could feel them on my back instead of the intended soothing touch of her hands. Overall, the session felt rushed and inattentive, leaving me dissatisfied with the service. Given these issues, I kindly request a refund for my session. I hope you will take this feedback seriously to improve the quality of service provided to future clients. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.
