- Rating 2.5I wanted to share some feedback about the hot stone massage during my recent session. Unfortunately, the stones were way too hot. There should be a temperature check, the pressure applied felt uncomfortable, and it caused a slight burn and left some marks. It would have been much better if the stones were tested more gently by touching the skin and lifting and asking if the temperature was okay, rather than using them directly on the skin rubbing it and I had tell her it was way too HOT. After trying three times, she ended up stopping the treatment. I hope this feedback helps improve future sessions and avoids this kind of discomfort for others.
