My only problem is at the front desk they have a problem finding my gift card in file and last night she couldn’t find it at all so I had to use my card so it would be great if they could figure that out and I don’t have to wait each time and like last night they couldn’t even find it. I have a lot on it so it’s worrisome that it can’t be easily found ..

- Rating 2.5Would appreciate it if the masseuse wore a mask while we are facing each other or the during the whole treatment. Especially all the viruses going around. I want to do facials but if I have to wear the masks then it's hard. Are there OSHA standards? I would book more treatments, even facials etc if the technicians wear masks. Other places do so I'm surprised massage envy doesn't have these basic standards. Thank you.
