- Rating 1.0I have a membership and having no control whom is assigned to do your massage is a hit or miss. My last massage was a miss and was so bad that I am looking to cancel this membership. Victoria did a terrible job and she didn’t care whether or not I was happy with the massage. I had to ask her several times when she greeted me, with a grim nervous look.

- Rating 2.5Miriam was friendly and supportive. She covered my hair to protect it. Her massage was incredibly relaxing. A wonderful experience!

- Rating 3.0I was overcharged, guaranteed a phone call to rectify the situation, and no one called. Now I’m getting the run around. If I didn’t have so many credits, I would leave this company. Terrible management.

- Rating 5.0Calvin is incredible. Mix of massage & chiropractic work. “Good pain” that is truly doing work for athletes and their bodies.

- Rating 2.5The massage therapist was EXCELLENT. The front staff was WONDERFUL. BUT, I could not relax during my session because of the loud chatter and laughter coming from the technician and her client next door. My therapist asked them to lower their volume and they did not. The Asst. Mgr. asked them to lower their volume and they did not. I had to get up, wrap a sheet around my body, knock on their door and let them know they were being loud and that I, as a client, was there to receive therapeutic treatment, which they were interfering with. I was moved to another room where my therapist continued her work as well as apologized profusely. The front staff did so as well but I was in worse shape when I left than when I arrived.
