- Rating 3.5Therapist are not consistent. Whenever there is a good one, they don't seem to stay for long. My most recent massage was horrible. I told the therapist I did not want a firm massage and needed it to be more relaxing! I yelped out in pain twice and had to tell him 3 other times to not go so deep. Clearly had his own idea in mind. He did not have the table heating when I arrived and he was 5 minutes late! Considering you never get a full 90 minutes anyway, taking another 5 minutes away is unacceptable. Along with not listening to what a client stated they wanted in a massage.

- Rating 4.0The hours, over the years, have been shortened. It takes longer to get an appointment than it used to. One Suggestion- it would be Wonderful if the Couples Room became available again- for Both Massage and Facials.
