- Rating 3.0It's hit and miss with some therapists. My particular locations does a poor job of handling cancellations, which I've had a few. In both instances the store cancelled service without any attempt to encourage me to reschedule. Only after I complained did I find out that my therapist had restricted her availability. Truthfully I've been considering looking around to find another message solution. The front desk personnel are competent, but not particularly engaging. They don't offer to set next appointments, offer other services, or sell products. They're happy to take my money, but that's about it.
- Rating 2.5The overall vibe was just okay. When I was waiting for my therapist I could hear a customer talking so loud in the front. The second waiting room was underwhelming as far as relaxing goes and the treatment rooms were nothing special. Just basic everything. Being a service provider myself I expect more from an experience
