  I gave it a 7 because it is hard to make appts. You have to make them months in advance. If you just want to go spare of the moment it’s not happening.

  The employees are always polite. The massage therapists make sure they understand your concerns and answer all your questions.

  Heather was awesome. I explained my points of pain. She was very good at addressing the issues we discussed and even gave me things to do to relieve my discomfort. When I returned home and rested I felt 💯 better. I’ve shared my experience with relatives and friends. I only wished I lived in California so I could do a few more sessions with Heather. I’m sure she would have relieved my Psoas problem

  In the many years I have had a membership, I have only been disappointed with one masseuse. That masseuse was constantly cancelling appointments so that he could teach trainings to others. I would get a cancellation notification every third or so appointment. He cancelled at least 4 before I found a new massage therapist.

  I enjoy every service I get from massage envy and all of the staff members are very nice. The reason I would never reccommend somebody to come here is because every single time I book a couples massage with my boyfriend, his massage gets canceled last minute. I understand things happen and sometimes people need to call out of work, but this has happened an unacceptable amount of times and it is very frustrating and inconvient. Since his massages always get rescheduled, we almost never get to enjoy a couples massage together and we end up being seperated due to his part always being rescheduled.

  Krista gave me the best massage I’ve ever had. Not only did Krista have an amazing massage technique, but she really listened to my needs for focus areas (for example, I needed extra attention to my hands as I’ve recently been struggling with arthritis). This massage was so beneficial to help me to relax. Krista was just absolutely incredible. Also! Had such wonderful help from the front desk as well. I wish I remembered her name this second, but she was very knowledgeable, had great suggestions based on my needs, and she was super nice! (If I remember I’ll come back to edit this, lol) but you guys all rock here! Thank you!
