- Rating 3.0I'm a new member. This was my 2nd time at this location. The front desk is accommodating, but when calling it's difficult to make an appointment. While I specifically asked for this service provider because my first experience was so good, she did not address my concerns with my low back. In fact, there ws little to no attention to my back. The massage was so good that I didn't want to say anything and disrupt the flow of her energy. Also the room was cold and the warmer on the bed did not seem to be working.
