With your massage… there are varying levels of pressure. Light to heavy. You can also incorporate various extra services like stretching and RTR. - a massage gun. ALWAYS add STRETCHING to your massage. Just do it. Always. Always Always. My massages are a 60 minute service. You can choose every location on your body you want or do not want. I do Stretching 1st. Just do it. Followed by a 60 minute massage. Then RTR. While we do stretch I have special pressure point therapy balls placed progressively moved starting at my lower back. It’s absolutely spectacular. Then we move to massage. My therapist is Moses. His intuition is spot on. I find that we do the harder stuff in stretching and go relaxed mode on massage…. If my back or what ever is still giving fits… and I scheduled it… we end with RTR. I encourage you to do all of these therapeutic services at least once a month. If you can… every week. For athletes, regular life stress relief, old age modality issues… neck and shoulders! It’s awesome. It’s part of a regular lifestyle activity that you MUST take advantage of. Office/desk workers, kids taking sports, football players, soccer, Dance (really improved lengthening and mobility) - I have scar tissue in my hands and it does wonders. I really cannot explain every aspect… but it will change your life. The sleep afterwords is amazing. Don’t forget to drink your water. As a suggestion- never go super “deep” your 1st time. Work up to it by doing multiple sessions a week. You may find better results by going far more soft a few times. Your body will appreciate it. If you go later at night…. Have a light meal… maybe bone broth, some potassium & magnesium supplements and head to bed early for an amazing night recovery. ❤️🩹. It’s all good. 👍🏼 and for those worried…. All levels of modesty are respected. You are always covered. No need to worry about that. You are your own boss. Relax and let Moses take the pain away.
