- Rating 1.0I had a massage which was very lovely. Then I had a 90 minute facial I purposely scheduled this day after a very long, stressful, and difficult week. I mentioned to the aesthetician that I was 'ready to relax'. Unfortunately, that never happened. She left the very bright light on for the ENTIRE facial. (Only covering my eyes once.) She spent at least 1/3 of the facial time on VERY painful/uncomfortable extractions. I left swollen, red, and hurting. Very little facial massage. No de-stress. Then she very rudely told me I needed a skin care routine because of 'a large amount of blackheads'. I get facials regularly, and I have never been in pain, treated so rudely, or left so upset. I have a membership on a pause, but I will most likely cancel after this experience.
- Rating 5.0I get monthly facials and I am very pleased with my service provider. She listens to my concerns and advises me on the best course of action to achieve the results I want. She is friendly and professional.
