- Rating 2.0I asked my therapist to stay away from one of my toes as I had a nasty cut on the back. She put a hot towel over my foot and proceeded to pull hard on my toe causing the scab to rip open. I winced and she said "you don't need to help me" to which I replied "you just yanked on my toe that I asked you to stay away from". Her response was "sorry" and she moved on. I considered stopping the session and regret I didn't.

- Rating 3.5My massage therapist get a 10+, I have a membership that I pay monthly, but there is no benefit for us who pay monthly. The benefits is for the company that gets our payment every month. They should offer the membership, hot stones included with membership, every other month the add on to us for free, instead of trying to sell us everything, but don’t give anything

I do think in comparison to a few other spas I’ve been to, massage envy is overpriced for smaller services. Most spas charge around $75 -$85 for one 60 minute session in the central Arkansas area, whereas it is $125 for one 60 minute session at massage envy. If I could afford to come back- as recommended by my massage therapist, I would come regularly if the price was around $75. regular
