Checked in a little late (2-15-20) due to not finding location, and was handed a tablet to do a form (to customize my session.) I verbalized that I didn't like Tablets, and was walked through using it, though it was problematic getting the info in. My girl friend with me (for a facial, I booked a massage & facial for she & I the day before) also had trouble reading the print. This took from 11:05 to 11:20 am. Then when I got on the table after a bit of an intro from therapist Ruth, I called out to her about 3X, and she finally entered @ 11:25, and then commenced to do the treatment which was fine depth-wise and speed of stroke, but then she ended immediately at about a few minutes to noon. Therefore we received about a half hour each for an hour session. The massage could've had more connecting strokes too, having been a massage therapist for 20 years!! Also, the front desk personnel were told when we entered that: "we're here for an 11 am appt., and both were on the phones and continued, and took their time finishing calls. Woulda preferred them hustling us back to our appts. and forgone the wait time for their calls and forms to be completed!
