- Rating 1.0I’ve been a member of Massage Envy for over 20 years. Never had any issues. Actually, I was always pleased with the Massage Therapists who have worked on me….until yesterday. I was under the impression that a full body massage includes working on your feet…unless asked not to. I asked Remington to massage my feet…and the response from him was “ we have less than a minute left”. Seriously, that was a rude response, and I was like…are you kidding me. He proceeded to massage my feet poorly….and I just said….we are done here! Not much to add at this point, other than I’ve cancelled my membership…and will never go back to Massage Therapy.

I was having a really terrible tension migraine and he helped me tremendously and I felt even better the next day. He was wonderful to speak with, super friendly and made me feel very at ease. I'm don't have issues meeting new people or feeling tense around massage therapists and he was just exceptionally nice to talk with. You should give him a raise.
