- Rating 4.0Someone sent me a text message about adding on a facial before my massage. By the time I responded, that spot had booked, which is totally fine and expected. What is not good or expected is that they then tried to book me for a different day and was not clear about that. "Let's look at other available times" does not extend to other days without asking specifically! It was not at all clear that they booked me for a different day until they confirmed. Then I was like, no, the whole point was to stack off my existing appointment! Then they still asked me if I was available a different day! That's really pushy, and I didn't appreciate that, so I didn't respond. Please coach staff that if they can't find an alternate appointment within an hour on the same day to back off.
