  I am a member and a repeat customer that usually come once every week. It has become very frustrating if there is not an automatic reschedule option. I will go for a while and lose track. As soon as I realize I need to schedule more appointments unfortunately, my masseuse is booked up for a month or two straight incredibly frustrating to have to wait another three weeks till a month to go back to my normal sessions do you think in this stage you’d have some software that would allow people to book continued appointments monitor them in real time with email reminders The company is severely behind the times

  Tammy, who does the facials is amazing? She is so professional. always upbeat. provides a great service and is a joy to be with.. Wish I could see her every week. But.

  They are less about providing services and more about making sales. The pressure to buy memberships and products is obvious even for someone that been a member for awhile. Chisato is excellent at what he does. First therapist in a long time that doesn't short me on time and does an amazing job with great skills. If it was about the client getting a good service, hiring and paying for quality therapist would be a priority, it can be hit or miss. Thank you Chisato!

  Honestly the massage was great. It was my experience with the pushing of sales at the front desk upon entering and exiting. I spent more time there than in the massage and it defeated the purpose of relaxing. Ruined the experience. Not to mention the cost for non members is absolutely absurd. I've paid less at extravagant resorts.

  I have had a lot of massages and my experience with Drew was awful. If it was her first day on the job I might understand. Her pressure was all over the place, she would rub extensively in one area and completely omit it on the other side. Basically no neck work when I told her that was my focus. I feel like I paid for someone to apply lotion to my body.
