- Rating 1.0Dealing with the management and front staff has been a story in itself. Everyone is friendly however I was charged twice when I didn’t receive the correct services. I was told I would get a call back with an hour since Thursday and I still haven’t received a call. It is Sundayonce I finish this round of my package, I will not be renewing. I have been a member often on with Massage Envy since 2012 and this is the worst service that I’ve ever received from them.
