- Rating 1.0I had a 315 appointment but did not get started until almost 330. I purchased an hour message but found out when finished that it was about 416. That means message time was really only about 35 to 40 min.
- Rating 3.5Some rooms are very loud on the outside.

- Rating 1.5Front desk staff was terrible almost hostile. The massage was terrible. I had a subscription for years and finally cancelled because of this loxayin Queen Creek.
- Rating 4.0Some of the therapists seem to have varying levels of training. The therapist who performed my massage yesterday was excellent, as always. However, the therapist I had previously was not well-qualified, and I ended up leaving early because the session felt like a waste of time. Additionally, the person at the front desk yesterday was quite moody and did not hesitate to pass that attitude on to clients.

- Rating 5.0Kaia was so great to work with! She was so kind, and answered all of my questions with confidence.
- Rating 5.0The front desk is quick and efficient and David is amazing at massage.
