- Rating 5.0The office staff has always been very helpful, professional, and friendly. My MT is Rosio is excellent. She addresses any area of concern I may have. I always feel much better at the end of her massages. Also, she is not chatty.
- Rating 5.0We began with two amazing messages my husband and I had. Between Jeremiah and Jeanne we were ready to sign up for membership. All went smoothly and we are looking forward to our next messages at Message Envy.
- Rating 2.5I would recommend the services, but the member rules are far to complicated. I feel like once you get in the "member pricing" program, it is very very difficult to get out without losing money. So if you build up a few because you have not been able to get in, You can do Freeze plus (but only if you have 6 or more sessions) for a fee of course, or you can freeze (but you can't use your sessions), or you can give away your sessions, (but only one every 30 days, really? what the heck does that matter? seems like more customers experiencing what you offer, the better!) To many "corporate rules" that really make it very frustrating for me the customer!
