- Rating 1.0Valley of vitality here in Prescott, AZ is a much better deal and overall experience. I get massages a few times a year and typically go there, but had a gift card given to me for here. The light was left on in my room during the massage and I could hear people talking outside my room. I came here with my mom and she had a completely different massage experience with hot towels and my massage also started after hers and ended before hers, even though we paid for the same massage. My service provider didn’t ask me at any point about pressure, so I mentioned that I would like it to be more firm and she just continued with the same light pressure. It was overall just a disappointing experience.

- Rating 5.0The Office Staff is professional and friendly. I like the remodeled office. I had a conversation with the office manager, and she was very helpful in addressing my questions. My MT Rosio as usual is 5 star.
- Rating 2.5It's a good relaxing experience but the prices keep going up, plus tax and tip. When i first joined as a member, it was $45, then it was raised to $55, now it's $75. I dont think i will be a member much longer. It's not for everyone.
