- Rating 5.0Let me start this review with these words that I absolutely love everything about Massage Envy in Laveen. I have been a client of Massage Envy, Laveen location for over a year. I can't say enough about their excellent customer service. The reception you receive when you arrive is stellar and friendly. Love see my name on the board welcoming me. The front office crew are always helpful and delightful. If you have any questions, they take the time to talk with you and discuss. I have never walked away from a massage not feeling awesome, I am energized by them. They always discuss the massage technique with you and they deliver. You will feel rested and rejuvinated when you leave. Ladies and gentleman alike should experience the massages and skin care from this location. I have yet to be let down. I am a 58 year old woman who had just went through a lot of life changes and needed a boost, so I and decided to try a facial. My biggest fear is looking older than my age, I mean who wouldn't want to look more vibrant and young. I have always used products from the young age of 18, but because of life events felt that I had aged 5 years overnight. I decided to treat myself to a facial as a way of erasing or removing some of that stressed, aging look. Five facials in, and I feel like my aging face has been reborn. Ayana has a energetic presence and leaves me counting down the days to my next visit. I have just completed a series of chemical peel and after each session I have received compliments from everyone in my life that I look so stressed free and they can see it in my face. I owe that to Ayana and the care she has given to me. Ayana works wonders! I cannot rave enough on what she has done for me. Ladies and gentleman alike should experience the massages and skin care from this location. I have yet to be let down. Trust me I am that person who searches for great customer service and care whether it be dental, doctors, vision, gym, and yes even when I decide to go out to have a drink.
