  You cancel sessions in the last minute and generally do not have enough massage therapists to service clients effective

  Poor staffing at this Location. I booked an appointment for myself and my wife for 11am. Then 2 days prior received a call that they needed to reschedule us because someone wasn't coming in to work that day anymore. Our new appointment time was changed to 8am. I was called to the back and received my service & to my surprise my wife was still sitting in the waiting room and hour later because the person who was supposed to do her massage never showed up to work and the girls at the front desk didn't know and thought that she was there. The manager then offered a $15 enhancement for the inconvenience but I feel like after being rescheduled and then showing up to end up not being serviced my wife deserves a complimentary massage. Not to mention it was supposed to be a couples massage but I didn't think much of it when they split us up because it wasn't a big deal as long as we both were able to enjoy massages.

  Staff is always pleasant and reschedules future appointments easily. They greet us when we come in and when we leave after completing our sessions

  I choose light in my firmness and also booked with one of the people who’s specialty was light and when I got there she never touched base with me on if I wanted it light, medium, or firm and I figured it was because she had my notes in front of her but she gave a very firm deep massage and didn’t check in once during the actual massage to see if the pressure was too much or not enough. Partly my fault for not stopping her but I’m kind of a pushover and don’t like to speak up until asked unfortunately

  Very gentle and caring masseuse. My fibromyalgia was not triggered and I felt refreshed.
