  Enjoyed a massage with Trina and a facial with Chloe. Trina is small but mighty and completed the exact type of massage I asked for and needed. I was completely relaxed and enjoyed her technique. Chloe did my facial and also listen to my concerns about my skin. She was knowledgeable and performed an excellent procedure on my skin. I would use them both again.

  A friend of mine has a membership and your app was confusing so she inadvertently scheduled two massages on the same day. This happened in the middle of the night so she called immediately the next morning which is when she found out that there was no way to cancel one of the massages. All she could do was pay for half the price of one or find someone to take the appointment. I told her I could do that since I had a birthday coupon to use. I called to confirm the switch with one of your receptionists. I told her I had a 30 minute free massage for my birthday and asked if I should send that to her before my massage to make sure everything was lined up. She responded with “Oh no you can just bring it in when you come and I can look at it then.” So, I arrive in time for my massage, and after I’ve filled out the paperwork she tells me the massage will be $80 so I mention how I’m the one with the birthday massage coupon. I show it to her and she says oh this is for elements massage. Shoot! I figure, no big deal. I’ve been to massage envy before, they have my information, know that I just had a birthday, maybe they can apply their birthday discount. They know I’m here to help out a member who got confused with their app. I ask about that. Oh we don’t have a birthday discount or coupon. I ask if they ever send birthday deal emails. She tells me: No I’ve never heard of that. Um…why didn’t the person I booked with mention that when I asked about how to use my coupon?? I felt tricked. I told her so and she said, Well, it’s your friend’s responsibility to make sure to tell you which massage company she wanted you to take her appointment at. Seriously? I think when closing a booking it would also be appropriate to tell the person booking that there’s no way you have a birthday coupon because we don’t do that. Elements massage and massage envy are very similar…easy to get mixed up. And your company benefited from that. It was a slimy way to act. And not a wonderful interaction to have right before a massage. I can’t believe how you treat people who have memberships, or how you treat people that do have memberships. True colors seem pretty clear. I’m not a nasty, angry person. I can afford any cost of any massage. But you won’t see me at massage envy ever again. And anyone who asks “Where do you recommend I get a massage?” won’t hear me recommend your company. Being tricked is an uncomfortable feeling, no matter how financially comfortable you are.

  I have been going here for several years. With the new manager, I feel things are improving and the people who are now there are more professional and friendly. The manger himself has reached out to confirm my appointment as well as asked me if I would like to try other services.

  I had a gift card and was not able to use it the day of my appointment. I only had the order number and was not able to get the gift card on time. I paid for the massage and received the gift card two days later. I requested to get a refund. I was told i could not be refunded.
