- Rating 3.0My massage was good. However, once finished I never saw the therapist again. She said she'd meet me outside the room. She wasn't there. I went to the bathroom, she still wasn't there. Showed myself out, never saw her again. The push to become a member is why I will not be back. I had to say no thank you again and again. It was uncomfortable. I am sure you manage to wear people down with that approach but for me, instead of coming back on my own periodically with no obligation, I will not return.
