  Was not happy that I was charged a cancellation fee on 1/21. Spoke to the front desk when they opened to inform them I was sick and running a fever. She informed me of cancellation fee and said that she would discuss with the manager and call me back. Never received a call. Somewhat unfair that clients get charged but I had two appts earlier this month that were cancelled last minute because the therapist was sick. I would like the manger to review my account to confirm that I don’t typically cancel appts and have been a client since that location opened. Had appt on 1/28 and discussed this issue with the front desk staff and asked her to have the manger review my account. Of course, there has been no response from anyone.

  Her pressure was too light.. and continued to be too light after I commented. I also asked for concentration on my back and especially low back. This did not occur. The extra I paid for the hot towel, warming oil and cooling gel to my back was rushed. Cooling gel had a terrible odor. Went home and washed off.

  I received a gift card for a 90 minute message and haven't been to one of your locations in 5+ years. I told the front desk what I was looking for in a therapist and she recommended someone. That person provided one of the worst massages I have ever had and did not meet any of the requiremetns outside of being a female that I noted.

  When I arrived I waited around 5 min after being checked in. The therapist cam out to get me, then told the front desk she can't take me yet bc I have paperwork to sign. The receptionist then brought me a tablet and I signed my health summary that I had already put in online. I waited a few more min and the therapist came for me at 615pm. She stated now we should skip the full massage bc the office receptionist caused me to run late, and just focus on a few area. My massage ended at 654. I got about a 40 min massage and was charged the full fee. I also let the therapist know I had neck surgery, and the face support was difficult for me to use. She made no attempt to accommodate my needs. I have an artificial cervical disc and was very uncomfortable with neck pain. I have asked to cancel while membership to this location but to make matters worse the office manager is refusing to cancel it and I have no intention of returning. Please help me to cancel.

  we have been a member for about 20 years and worked to close out our account and yesterday i had my last massage and was told that i had only one credit and owed for half an hour - i said that i had three credits in November that combined my account and my wife and we paid to have my wife's credits transferred to me to use up on two 90 minute massages, these were booked and confirmed a few times, so i was not happy when i heard this and the person said she would have the GM contact me, but in fact, my credit card was charged without my approval. this is unacceptable! and should not have been done.

  Love this place! The whole staff is great. Denae is a supremely excellent massage therapist 🥰. I schedule my vacation days every 5-6 weeks around Denae’s schedule.

  Katie was respectful and communicative. She asked me for specifics regarding my requirements for the massage. She was careful around my injured shoulder and asked me several times if the pressure was okay. I appreciated the care she took. My shoulder felt better after the massage. My main area of concern was my upper back and she focused on that area but gave me a good overall massage as well.
