- Rating 4.5very positive experience, friendly customer service at the front desk , quick response by the massage therapist Kayla. Massage was fantastic pulled knots out in between shoulder blades, and lower back was feeling fantastic when I got off the table.

- Rating 4.5Relaxing atmosphere, timely service, and attentive front desk staff and providers. Jessica was my provider, and she was amazing. I really felt like she listened to what I wanted out of my massage and delivered it exactly. Would absolutely recommend to friends and family.
- Rating 4.0The app is not as streamlined as i would like to book an appointment. If it takes over 60 seconds, then it’s too cumbersome. Also, when I reached out during COVID to find out the policy and if accounts were being frozen, I didn’t receive any communication locally. It was months before getting corporate communication. Also lots of turnover. I find that when I have an excellent massage therapist, they are usually gone within 12 to 18 months. Maybe considering offering service retention bonuses.
