- Rating 2.5The prices have gotten pretty steep. I can't believe you charge me more than $1 per minute and then expect me to make up for what you're not paying the therapists with exorbitant tips. You should pay them a lot more of what I pay you!

- Rating 1.0Scheduling is a nightmare. I’ve had to pay for a massage I couldn’t go to because I had Covid and tested the morning of my schedule appointment. But wasn’t within 24 hours so I could not get a refund. Another time I was sent to the wrong location due to my home location being closed… ended up being 10 minutes late but then my therapist didn’t even come get me for another 15 minutes. Paid for a 90 minute and only got a 60.
