    Front desk attendants are pleasant and polite. The waiting room is very enjoyable and the massage therapist is wonderful.

    My massages are always wonderful however I’m becoming frustrated with how many times my appointments are messed up or cancelled. The sad thing about this appointment was my daughter booked this appointment for her friend, me and herself to celebrate our birthdays. We got the phone call while driving there that my daughter’s appointment was cancelled because her massage therapist was out sick. We understand that things happen but this has happened way too many times. We have memberships and it seems like every other appointment is cancelled. It would be nice if you could have something in place to prevent this from happening so often such as more on call therapists. On top of this the girl at the counter did not have much empathy and didn’t as much as say happy birthday or offer something for this inconvenience. You could tell she just did not care a whole lot about the situation.
