My daughter was to go first and was asked to be seated in the back waiting room 30 minutes goes by and no one come to get her she goes to reception to inquire and was told that the employee had gone to the wrong branch and would not be able to preform her facial after sitting and waiting. I then arrived and my daughter explained the situation We were then told they could do a 30 minute derma plane on each of us and we agreed only to find out after the fact that it was $200 each. I will never recommend Massage Envy. Unprofessional Over priced Not worth the time

I sat in the waiting area for about 30 minutes (20 minutes past my scheduled appointment time) before I walked to the front to see if something was going wrong. The front desk associate finally told me that they had double booked the person who was supposed to be completing my facial.
