- Rating 3.0I called not once but twice to confirm that my credits that were purchased at my home location could be used for my service and was assured that they could. Even as I was checking out, they said it was fine. Then i get a call the next day saying they were charging the card on file because the credits didnt transfer. I don’t spend money on myself often, mostly because it’s impossible to find time, so i was really annoyed to have to pay extra. Also, my therapist, who did a nice enough job, literally talked for the full 90 minutes. I wish i had the chance to opt in to full on conversation about wide ranging topics when i was just looking for a bit of relaxation after a long day at a conference, when i didnt have to worry about childcare. What a bummer
- Rating 2.0I enjoyed the atmosphere upon arrival, however, I was not satisfied with the actual service I received. This was my first time having a massage and I was not left feeling relaxed or relieved from any current pain.
