- Rating 1.0I come in for a prenatal massage, but the location did not have the proper pillow for a prenatal massage. I was very disappointed because it isn’t possible to get comfortable on your side and get a proper massage. It was not worth it at all. I had previously had a wonderful prenatal massage with the proper pillow and it gave me so much relief.

- Rating 1.0Signed up for deep tissue, 90 minute massage. Light pressure at best and Thurston never asked if pressure was appropriate. Total massage time was approximately 70 minutes. When I asked the front desk if the 90 minute massage was supposed to last 90 minutes, I was told there was 15-20 minutes built in for consultation, dressing and undressing. Well, those three things took all of 5 minutes. There was no apology by front desk about the disappointing experience. If you are going to charge for a 90 minute massage, the massage should last for 90 minutes or disclaim clearly on the front end what the actual expectation is.
