Jazmyn was at the front counter, and she was so personable and nice from the time I walked in until I left. She is a great person to have welcoming and checking people out. Great customer service!!!

- Rating 1.0Scheduling is very hard to get in. Also if are scheduled more likely your are to be canceled. The Store seems to have lots of confusion about scheduling.
- Rating 1.5I feel your business is being dishonest in the checking out / tip process. I can only recommend it after warning of this practice. We pay $80 a session as a member. Those are not heavily discounted prices. As a matter of fact, I would claim the upper end and not a good value. I would not go if I did not have the pass. Upon checkout a screen pops up with 18%, 20%, or 22% approximately. This is being based off of a non-discounted rate that is 30-50% more. NOBODY pays that elevated rate. To base the auto tip choices on it is predatory if not bordering unethical. Fix it! Bad ethics will always come home to roost.
- Rating 4.0I’ve been a member of Massage Envy for over 12 years. I have found that the locations can vary as far as service providers are concerned, but my “go to” locations have been pretty consistent. If I find a technician I like I’m going to be consistent and loyal to that person.
- Rating 5.0The staff at the front reception desk provides great service. She communicates well and has a though, welcoming attitude. Great massage from a very skilled Thera.
- Rating 3.0My masseuse could have been a little friendlier. Her massaging skills were good, but her bedside manner was lacking. She wasn't very friendly. I am not one who likes to talk during a massage, but she could have been a little more friendly before and after it started. I almost felt like I was inconveniencing her. The front desk person was friendly.
- Rating 5.0Everything was welcoming and I felt more relaxed even before my session started. Kimberly is great, asked questions and explained my options.
