- Rating 1.5I have been a member for nearly 10 years. I scheduled a 90 minute massage yesterday, for my Birthday. The therapist was awful! She did not introduce herself. She started 15 minutes AFTER my appointment time; but, after 15 minutes of “massage” I asked her to please STOP. The massage was THAT terrible. She literally POURED oil over my back to the point it was DRIPPING down my sides onto the table! The rapid-fire strokes along my ribs and spine were painful! She got so much oil in my hair it was dripping as well (I specify that I DONT want my scalp touched). When I objected, she replied “that was how she did it”! Until that experience, I never thought there could be such a thing as a “BAD” massage. I was wrong! This whole experience was just gross. I asked to speak to the manager who ALSO did not introduce herself. The manager reported that this particular therapist was in high demand (implying that I was wrong, I guess). She did offer to rebook me at a later date with a different therapist and did offer me a free “enhancement”. Wow. No thanks! And happy birthday to me.
- Rating 5.0I was running a little late and they were very accommodating. Excellent service. Ashton was very professional and honestly it was the best massage I’ve ever gotten. He concentrated on the areas are specified as tight and did an excellent job.

- Rating 5.0Mary is amazing and so sweet! She did a facial on me and my daughter. I've used her before but this was my daughter's first time and she loved it. Mary will be our go to every time. The ladies at the desk were so sweet and answered every question I asked.
