- Rating 5.0Alex is the best massage therapist I have had at ME so far. It’s so hard to find someone that will do firm pressure and she did just the right amount. She was so nice and listened to me and what I wanted. I feel like I’ve had all of that in the past but on top of everything Alex took care and balance and patience with her massage; it wasn’t just a rub down. You can really tell when people put the care into it and it makes so much of a difference. I want all my massages to be with her moving forward.
- Rating 1.5The last few times I’ve gotten a massage it was shorter than the amount of time I paid for. My therapist has cancelled twice. My substitute was late by 15 minutes. I have asked specifically multiple times for my account to NOT be set to auto renew and each time I ask the front desk they tell me it’s still set to auto renew.
