- Rating 4.0At the Edina location I was surprised there were stairs to traverse. It was not an issue for me though it could be a detriment for others.

- Rating 3.5Trying to cancel the membership doesn't actually work. And the music / speakers are not good quality. The speakers kind of sound blown out and it's the same songs over and over too.
- Rating 2.5I didn’t think the oxygenating facial was very well described on the website. Also, it was very strange that I wasn’t allowed to get under the sheet at the table. I was expecting a relaxing spa experience, and instead I was on top of the table in my work clothes with no blanket. It was weird. Also; I added the nourishing light treatment, which on the website says it comes with a hand and arm massage but I didn’t get that, and wouldn’t have been able to because I was in a suit.
- Rating 3.0My massage with Wendy was very underwhelming. Discussed I was having some mid back tension but that I wanted a full body massage. I was also using a Rapid Tension relief coupon I received from signing up for a membership. After getting me from waiting room after my scheduled appointment time, we ended with 8 minutes left in the hour and she did not do any deep tissue work on my lower body. I will not be getting another massage with Wendy.
- Rating 1.0Stop the hard selling tactics for additional products & services. This was the second visit where I was undressed, on the table and the provider tried to sell me to an advanced skincare service without stating that it would cost two sessions. I purposely won’t purchase products or advanced skin care services now because this practice is so obnoxious.
- Rating 4.0I could hear people talking outside of my massage room and it was very distracting.
