  The massage therapists were great (I had booked 3 massages and each of us felt our therapist was great). But the experience with scheduling had been rough. The website is difficult as you can only schedule one at a time and not see if multiples are available and only look at one location at once so for our needs it was impossible to book online. I called earlier in the week and asked about a time for three and was instantly told it was not doable - but it felt like person didn't even bother to look as she said it before I was done asking the question. I called back a few days later and a very helpful person answered and looked and was able to book us. Then in the office htey were nice enough to us but one of us was finished before the others and waited it the front for 20 minutes and she said that every person that came in or called the reception team was polite to them and then had nasty things to say about every caller and every departing customer after they left which is bad in general but doing it while a customer is in earshot! It was very uncomfortable for my daughter to sit and have to listen to and it makes me NEVER want to have to deal with your team at that location again. Just very poor behavior that makes the idea of returning VERY uncomfortable.

  I couldn’t even hear the music playing the banging from the construction right. Ext door was so loud.

  Prices keep going up - I am cancelling membership. The tip sheet keeps increasing. Tips should start at 10 percent. Not 20

  My therapist didn’t what I asked and the pressure was always going up and down and I had to remind them every few minutes which made the message non relaxing

  The management really needs to CLEAN the walls, replace stools, repaint, have carpets cleaned because it smells like sewage from a leak they had a few months ago, and in general the rooms are inexcusably dirty. This does not give the client a “spa” experience or show pride in your business model. Front desk is helpful with some appointment scheduling, but suggest I try to speak to massage personnel, myself, which is not convenient.

  Everything. The front desk is unfriendly and unhelpful. The signs everywhere telling me how much to tip--very tacky. The massage therapist have been generally good.
