- Rating 2.0I waited for 15 minutes after my appointment time then was told to fill info out. When I asked if I was still going to get the full hour I was told yes….but I got less than 40 minutes

- Rating 4.0Atmosphere could be renovated. The Draper location waiting room is cramped and awkward. I wish it were more of a designated space and not one of the massage rooms turned in to a place to sit. My therapist gives the BEST massage, but his body odor is off putting and takes getting used to.

- Rating 3.5As a new person, they had me sit in a room waiting past my appointment time. Then they came to ask me to fill out the tablet. It was 15 minutes past my appointment time, so I feel like I was rushed, not getting a complete massage.
